| Mould Making |
We are specialized in medium and high level mould with the competitive price. In our shop, we have advance equipment for mould making, such as high speed CNCs, precise EDMs, Wire Cutting Machines, CMM, Smartscope, Hardnesstester and so on. There are many kinds of popular steel used in our mould making, such as P-20, 420, 718, 718H, 738, S136, S136H from ASSAB of Sweden, NAK80 from DAIDU of Japan etc. Generally speaking, most of mould base and standard components are from LKM. Besides, if our clients request, we also use the standard components from DME, Hasco and so on. When shipping the moulds to our clients, we will show steel COC to the clients.
